Anand Shrivastava has over a decade of experience in litigation and arbitration. While his expertise lies in the infrastructure and energy sector, he has also worked extensively on regulatory and commercial litigation. He has worked on some of the precedent setting matters in the infrastructure space. He specialises in strategic advisory to mitigate regulatory and project risks. His sectoral experience includes oil and gas, competition and antitrust laws, environmental laws, mining laws, e-commerce, technology and data privacy laws, insolvency and bankruptcy, white collar crimes, aviation and real estate. He has keen interest in technological developments and their legal interface.

Anand has represented clients before various quasi-judicial bodies, courts and tribunals across India. He has represented and advised Indian companies, multinational companies and government bodies on a wide range of infrastructure, regulatory and commercial matters. He regularly advises on policy framing and implementation.

He has previously worked with the dispute resolution and regulatory team at Trilegal, New Delhi and as an Associate Partner at HSA Advocates, New Delhi.
